Kareo Platform Release Notes October 18, 2018

Kareo continues to enhance the customer experience by releasing new features, making enhancements, squashing bugs, and delivering fresh documentation. Here's an update of the recent product improvements we've made with the Kareo Platform so you can easily stay up to date on what's new!

Locking Users Associated to Multiple Accounts

When locking a user that is associated to multiple Kareo accounts, the system administrator will be displayed a warning to contact support to remove the user's access from just this account.

If they would like to continue with locking the user from all associated accounts, the system administrator must acknowledge that they are disabling the user's access from all accounts in order to proceed.

  1. Hover over the User icon and click Practice Settings. The Practice Settings page opens.
  2. Click User Settings. The User Settings page opens.
  3. Click Edit next to the user's name. The Edit User window opens.
  4. Click Lock User. The Lock Account pop-up opens.
  5. The system administrator has the option to contact support to remove this user from their account or acknowledge the warning to continue to lock the user from all associated accounts.
    1. If the system administrator acknowledges the warning, click Submit to lock the user.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where users could not finalize manual credit card payments
