Kareo Platform Release Notes February 21, 2019

Kareo continues to enhance the customer experience by releasing new features, making enhancements, squashing bugs, and delivering fresh documentation. Here's an update of the recent product improvements we've made with the Kareo Platform so you can easily stay up to date on what's new!

Daily Schedule Enhancements 

In addition to the appointment details on the Daily Schedule, the patient's primary insurance, last eligibility check, service location, and balance is now available.

The practice can now see appointment details grouped by provider and which service location the appointment is linked to.


See Patient Phone Numbers On Encounter Forms

The patient's mobile number will now be printed along with their home and work phone numbers on encounter forms.


Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where admins were unable to select a provider type for an existing user
  • Fixed an issue where users were unable to upload files to the Documents section
  • Fixed an issue where changes to the patient's emergency contact was not saving
  • Fixed an issue where the DEA number did not save in the Provider Profile
