Message Center Enhancement
The new Message Center allows users within a practice to communicate with each other and with patients. With so many different types of messages coming through, use the new subfolders to break up your task. In addition, create templates and patient groups to send bulk email.
- The patient's Appointments tab is now separated into Upcoming Appointments and Past Appointments.
- Users now has the option to search for and add an insurance company in the Create Patient workflow.
- Fixed an issue where appointments scheduled between 7:00 pm and 7:00 am were not displaying on the Dashboard
- Fixed an issue where the patient search showed results that included inactive and deleted patients
- Fixed an issue where a self-pay case was not being created when self-pay was selected as the patient's billing payment method
