What's new in Kareo 2.4.2?
Patient Messaging
Added enhancement to the Kareo Engage feature for management of the patient messaging campaigns
Ability to make additions and edit of patient groups for the message campaigns
ability to create and edit of campaign message templates
Create New Patient Group
- Log into Kareo's mobile application.
- Tap on the K-Man icon at the top left.
- Tap on Messages. The Messages screen opens.
- Tap on the New Message icon. The New Message screen opens.
- Tap on Patients next to This message will be sent to.
- Tap on Patient Group. The Patient Group screen opens.
- Tap on the + icon.
- Enter the Patient Group Name and tap on Create. The Patient Group Detail screen opens.
- Tap on Edit.
- Search for and select the patient(s).
- When finished, tap on Save.

Create New Message Template
- Log into Kareo's mobile application.
- Tap on the K-Man icon at the top left.
- Tap on Messages. The Messages screen opens.
- Tap on the New Message icon. The New Message screen opens.
- Tap on Select a Template. The E-Mail Templates screen opens.
- Tap on the + icon. The Message Template Details screen opens.
- Populate the required fields.
- When finished, tap on Save.

Edit Message Template
- Log into Kareo's mobile application.
- Tap on the K-Man icon at the top left.
- Tap on Messages. The Messages screen opens.
- Tap on the New Message icon. The New Message screen opens.
- Tap on Select a Template. The E-Mail Template screen opens.
- Tap on the
icon.
- Tap on Edit. The Message Template Details screen opens.
- Edit the template.
- When finished, tap on Save.
