What's new in Kareo 2.5.0?

Appointment Workflow Enhancements

The appointment workflow on the mobile app has been updated to include new features to be in sync with our web application:

Simplified check-in statuses:

  1. Log into Kareo's mobile application.
  2. Tap on a patient's appointment. The Appointment Detail screen opens.
  3. Tap on Appointment Status. The Appointment Status screen opens.
  4. Tap on the desired status or assign a Room.

Ability to schedule an appointment with multiple resources and rooms:

  1. Log into Kareo's mobile application.
  2. Tap on + icon to add a new appointment. The Add Appointment screen opens.
  3. Enter the required information to create the appointment.
  4. Tap on Staff and/or Room & Equipment to select multiple resources for the appointment.
  5. Tap Save when finished.

Flexible recurring appointments:

  1. Log into Kareo's mobile application.
  2. Tap on + icon to add a new appointment. The Add Appointment screen opens.
  3. Enter the required information to create the appointment.
  4. Tap on Recurrence to create a recurring appointment. The Recurrence screen opens.
  5. Tap to select a pre-set recurrence based on the appointment details.
    1. Tap on Custom to create a custom recurrence. The Custom Recurrence screen opens.
    2. Select the desired Daily, Weekly, Monthly, or Yearly recurrence.
    3. Select if the recurrence will never end (default), after a number of visits, or on a specific date.
  6. Tap Save all the way out when finished.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed issue with missing systolic or diastolic BP elements
  • Fixed issue with non-patient documents
