Auto Populated 4 Digit Zip Code Extension

Once the patient has entered their 5 digit zip code on the Patient Intake Form, the system will auto populate the 4 digit zip code extension for merging. This will avoid duplicate work for the biller and ensure claims are not being rejected due to a missing 9 digit zip code.

  • Important Note: The patient will not see the 4 digit extension populate on the Patient Intake Form.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the patient intake email was populating with the incorrect appointment time and time zone
