Kareo Engage Release Notes August 22, 2019

Kareo's new Consent Forms reduces the amount of time required for a patient to receive clinical care, eliminate the need for paper printing and storage, eliminate paper mistakes and mishandling, and reduce office staff's time administering paperwork so they can focus on keeping the practice profitable and full of patients.

As we continue to build out Kareo Patient Intake, we want to give the patients an opportunity to read and sign their consent forms in the comfort of their own home and on their own time before coming into a medical office.  Consent forms will save time and effort for both the patient and front desk staff through a seamless electronic experience. This process will also reduce paper storage needs, amount of paper purchased and printed, as well as paper misplacement and shredding costs.
