New Enrollments Dashboard and Help Center
Your Kareo Practice Management account has been updated to include a NEW Enrollments Dashboard to give you greater visibility into your payer enrollments status. This feature streamlines your payer enrollment process so you receive faster updates on their status. We have also changed our enrollments process and have detailed instructions in our help center for you to learn more about the changes.
New Enrollments Dashboard and Process
The Enrollments Dashboard provides at-a-glance visibility into your payer enrollments connection status. You can view by Payer Name, Payer Number, Clearinghouse and see the status by Claim, Eligibility, and ERAs. Once you initiate a connection to a payer you can check the enrollment status of each payer including: Pending Practice or Payer, Denied, Available, Ready, and N/A.
Our process has changed to start your enrollments process using the Enrollments Wizard. Please view our help center articles to instruct you on the changes.
Adding a payer is easy using the Enrollment wizard. You can set up and request connections with electronic payers and track your enrollment status.

New Help Center
Kareo continues to invest in our customers with the “New & Improved” Help Center! Submit support cases, chat with us online, access articles, videos, training and more. Some of the highlights include: universal site search capability, intuitive site navigation and content organization, use of iconography, and reduced number of steps to submit support tickets and reach online chat, all to improve the user experience.
