Desktop Application (PM) Release Notes August 24, 2017

Kareo continues to enhance the customer experience by releasing new features, making enhancements, squashing bugs, and delivering fresh documentation. Here's an update of the recent product improvements we've made with Kareo Billing, so you can easily stay up to date on what's new!

Patient phone information visibility in the Desktop Application

Mobile device numbers can now be found on the find patients screen and the appointment details report. 

 

 

Notable Bugs / Improvements:

  • Fixed issue where rejected claims were not being updated to reflect status.
  • Resolved the error when merging insurance companies. 
  • Fixed issue of eligibility check through eligible API going to incorrect API.
  • Fixed issue of ICD-9 to ICD-10 converter not working for some ICD-10 codes (Updated Mapping).
  • Fixed issue of eligibility check with yesterday’s date.
  • Fixed issue when POTF does not show/display ICD-10 codes (shows ICD-9).
