Kareo continues to enhance the customer experience by releasing new features, making enhancements, squashing bugs, and delivering fresh documentation. Here's an update of the recent product improvements we've made with Kareo Billing, so you can easily stay up to date on what's new!
Submit Missing ERA
QuestQuanum customers can use the Missing Electronic Remittance Inquiry Request to submit a support ticket directly from the desktop application.

Kareo Practice Management System Upgrade
Effective February 18, 2019, Kareo will no longer be compatible with computers running Windows XP or Windows Vista.
We will be pushing an update to our infrastructure that may cause issues with unsupported Microsoft Windows Operating Systems. Microsoft ended support of these two operating systems which means you are more vulnerable to the latest viruses and security breaches. For more information, visit Microsoft’s Support Center here for XP and here for Vista.
To continue using Kareo's desktop application, we recommend you use the following Microsoft Operating System versions which are supported by our software:
- Windows 7
- Windows 8 and 8.1
- Windows 10

Bug Fixes
- Fixed an issue where adding a speed codes with special characters to a fee schedule results in an error
