Billing Release Notes August 19, 2019
Kareo continues to enhance the customer experience by releasing new features, making enhancements, squashing bugs, and delivering fresh documentation. Here's an update of the recent product improvements we've made with Kareo Billing, so you can easily stay up to date on what's new!
Desktop Application Refresh
Kareo is always striving to ensure our product is modern, clean, and easy to use. As part of continuing our efforts to drive for greater consistency, customers will be required to download the software update to initiate the refresh late-night August 19, 2019. Important Note: Customers should ensure their operating system meets Kareo's system requirements and complete all Windows updates before installing the new version.
The Desktop Application refresh provides a newer view with up-to-date icons that allows users to better identify their objectives and tasks easily in a much faster and more seamless way. The workflows of the Desktop Application remains the same - all buttons, menus and icons provide the same functionality as before, just with a modern look and feel.
Here's a quick overview of the changes we've made:
