EHR Web Roles Assigned to Users with Multiple Practices
If you are both a Kareo EHR and Kareo Practice Management customer and are also an Account Administrator who manages user permissions across multiple practices, please note that we have made role permissions changes to Kareo EHR.
Prior to this release, the Kareo EHR treated user role assignment unique to the practice that the user is logging into. With the changes introduced in this release, EHR role permissions are now assigned at the user account level.
This means that the Kareo EHR role(s) assigned to a user account is now valid for all practices that the user is able to log into. If you have staff with access to multiple practices under your account, please make sure to review and update your staff’s role to ensure they have appropriate access granted. To review this, navigate to Settings, Web User Roles, then select your User.
