The custom template service provides personalized template creation for the practice. A training specialist will first assess the practice's custom template requirements and then create a statement of work, including delivery time and specific fields to be included.

• Contract delivered with a clear scope of work and delivery date
• Delivery call with a template specialist outlining where to locate completed templates in Kareo and how to use in a one hour, one on one training

Prerequisite:

• The provider must be certified as a clinical user in Kareo University and taken Provider Training and Template Training before any custom template requests will be considered.

The custom online training provides personalized service just for the customer and their staff. A training specialist will first assess your needs and then create a customized training plan that is delivered online at a time convenient for their office.

• Flexible scheduling
• Pre-training call to assess training needs
• Custom training plan
• Delivered online and via phone with an expert trainer

Exceptions:

•  2 hours minimum for custom Kareo Analytics usage training. This does not include building custom Kareo Analytic reports.

Prerequisite:

• The user(s) must complete all assigned Kareo University path(s).

 
The custom on-site training offers a more personalized in-person training for the customer and their staff. A training specialist will first assess customer needs and workflows, create a customized training plan, including custom training materials, and then conduct live in person training with their staff.
