Edit Staff Time Off Event

When time off events change, you can easily edit the event in the Calendar Settings.  


Navigate to Calendar Settings

  1. Hover over the User icon and click on Practice Settings. The Practice Settings page opens.
  2. Click Calendar Settings. The Calendar Settings page opens.


Edit Staff Time Off Event

  1. Click Time Off & Holidays. The Time Off & Holiday settings page opens.
  2. In the Staff Time Off section, click on the event name. The New Time Off Event window opens.
  3. Make desired changes to the selected Staff member, time off Reason, Start and End Date/Time.
  4. Click Save when finished.
