Add New Staff Time Off Event

In the Calendar, time off for providers and staff are added as events, and patient appointments can be efficiently scheduled around them.  


Navigate to Calendar Settings

  1. Hover over the User icon and click on Practice Settings. The Practice Settings page opens.
  2. Click Calendar Settings. The Calendar Settings page opens.


Add New Staff Time Off Event 

  1. Click Time Off & Holidays. The Time Off & Holiday settings page opens.
  2. In the Staff Time Off section, click +New Time Off Event. The New Time Off Event window opens.
  3. Select the Staff name of the from the drop-down list.
  4. Enter a Reason for the time off event.
  5. Enter Start and End Dates/Times for the time off.
  6. Click Create Time Off Event. The new time off event will appear in the Staff Time Off list.
