View, Download, or Print Document

Documents such as an image, PDF, or Word file can be uploaded to the Documents page or added to a patient's chart. Depending on the file type, view the document in the browser or download the document to view details. When necessary, you can print the document from the browser or the downloaded file.

Access Documents

  • Hover over the Platform icon and select Documents. The Documents page opens.
    Note: Patient documents can also be accessed in the patient's chart.

View Document

The option to view a document is only available for images and PDF files. For other file types, download the document to view and/or print.

  1. Find the document by entering the patient's name, document name, document label, or notes.
  2. Click View. The document opens in the browser window.

  1. Review the document.
    • To print the document, use the browser's print function.

Download Document

Download the document to save the file and print, if necessary.

  1. Find the document by entering the patient's name, document name, document label, or notes.
  2. Click Download. The file is saved to the computer.
  3. Open the file to view the document.
    • To print the document, open the file and print using the computer's print function.
