Move Patient Appointment

Patient appointments can be easily moved in the Calendar to help manage and organize the practice’s daily agenda.

Move an appointment by clicking and dragging the appointment to a new time slot or by opening the appointment and changing the date and/or time.

Access Calendar

  • Hover over the Platform icon and click on Calendar. The Calendar opens.

Move Appointment

  1. Click and drag the appointment to the desired time slot. The Appointment Update pop-up window opens.
  2. Click Save to confirm the new appointment time.
    • If the appointment is a reoccurrence, select to update "Only this occurrence" or "Update the entire series". Then, click Save to confirm the new appointment time.
