Unpublish Provider Profile

An online provider profile can be unpublished from the provider profile editor. Once the profile status is set to unpublished, it will no longer viewable online.

Access Provider Profile Editor

  1. Hover over the Platform icon and click on Provider Profiles. The Provider Profiles page opens.
  2. Click Manage on the right of the provider name. The Provider's Profile page opens.

Disable Provider Profile

After the provide is unpublished, allow 24-48 hours for the changes to take effect.

  1. Scroll down to the Care Connect Global Settings section of the Provider Profile.
  2. Click Edit. The editor opens.
  3. Click the Profile Status drop-down and select Unpublished.
  4. Click Save Changes. The Profile Status displays as Unpublished.
