Restore a Note Marked as Error

Restoring a note marked as an error can only be done by a user who created the note, was assigned to the note, or signed the note.

Navigate to Patient Chart / Notes

  1. Enter the first 2–3 letters of the patient's name in the top navigation bar search box.
  2. Click to select the patient from the auto-populated results. The patient's chart / Face Sheet  opens.
  3. Click Notes in the left menu. The Notes page opens.

  Restore a Note Marked as Error

  1. On the Notes list, click the Active drop-down arrow and select Marked as Error. A list of notes marked as error opens.
  2. Click Open or View to the right of the note you want to restore. The note opens.
  3. Click the "Cancel" drop-down arrow on the bottom taskbar and select Restore. The note is added back to the patient's Active notes list.
