Mark an Allergy as Error

The Mark an Allergy as Error function gives you the ability to mark an allergy as an error. Allergies marked as an error will not be shown in the Active Allergies list or on the Patient Portal, and will not be included in any patient reporting such as a CCDA report.

Navigate to Patient Chart / Allergies

  1. Enter the first 2–3 letters of the patient's name in the top navigation bar search box.
  2. Click to select the patient from the auto-populated results. The patient's chart / Face Sheet  opens.
  3. Click Allergies in the left menu. The Allergies page opens.
