View an Allergy
- Active / Inactive: Click Active to view all current allergies for the patient. Click Inactive to view all allergies that have either been resolved or marked as error.
- Click on a column header to sort the allergy list by column.
- Expand: Appears when there is an audit trail or updates for a specific allergen. Click Expand to view details and Collapse to hide them.
- Edit: Click to make changes to the allergy, to mark it as inactive, or to mark it as an error.
