Reactivate Insurance Case

An inactive insurance policy can be reactivated from the Account page in the patient's record.

Navigate to the Patient Account Page

  1. Enter the first 2–3 letters of the patient's name in the top navigation search box.
  2. Click to select the patient from the auto-populated results. The patient's chart opens to the Face Sheet.
  3. Click Account on the left menu. The patient's Account page opens.

Reactivate an Insurance Case

  1. Click the Insurance tab at the top of the window. The patient's current insurances display.
  2. Click Reactivate on the right of the insurance policy name.

The case status displays as Active in green. PF reactivate insurance case 2.png
