Message Kareo Billing Support

If you need help or have questions, you can contact Kareo Billing Support at any time from within the Messaging function.

Access Messaging

  1. Click the Envelope icon in the top navigation bar. The messaging summary window opens.
  2. Click the Send a message to billing support link at the bottom of window. A new message to Contact Support opens.

  1. Enter your message information.
  1. Cc : Send a copy of the message to a user in the practice, if desired.
  2. Reason: Select a reason for your message from the drop-down menu.
  3. Reference: Reference a patient in the message or click Document to attach a file from your Kareo account or your computer, if desired.
  4. Subject: Enter the subject of your message.
  5. Body: Enter a description or details of your message
  1. Click Send when finished.
