Once equipment has been added through the Calendar Settings, it is listed on the practice Calendar and can be scheduled for appointments just like a provider or staff member.
Schedule an Appointment for Equipment
- Hover over the Platform icon in the upper left of the window and select Calendar. The Calendar opens.
- Check the box next to the equipment name on the left menu.
- Click on an appointment time slot on the calendar under the equipment name. The New Appointment window opens.
- Enter patient name.
- Existing Patient: Begin entering the patient's name and click on it when it appears.
- New Patient: To schedule an appointment for a new patient, click +Create New Patient to add a patient record.
- Enter appointment details.
- Click Make Appointment when finished. The Add Appointment window closes and the appointment is added to the Calendar.
