Schedule Appointment for Equipment

Once equipment has been added through the Calendar Settings, it is listed on the practice Calendar and can be scheduled for appointments just like a provider or staff member.

Schedule an Appointment for Equipment

  1. Hover over the Platform icon in the upper left of the window and select Calendar. The Calendar opens.
  2. Check the box next to the equipment name on the left menu.
  3. Click on an appointment time slot on the calendar under the equipment name. The New Appointment window opens.
 
  1. Enter patient name.
  • Existing Patient: Begin entering the patient's name and click on it when it appears.
  • New Patient: To schedule an appointment for a new patient, click +Create New Patient to add a patient record.
  1. Enter appointment details.
  2. Click Make Appointment when finished. The Add Appointment window closes and the appointment is added to the Calendar.
