Edit Staff Time Off Event

When time off events change, you can easily edit the event in the Calendar Settings.  

Navigate to Time Off & Holidays

  1. Hover over the Platform  icon and click Calendar. The Calendar opens.
  2. Click Calendar Settings. The Calendar Settings page opens.
  3. Click Time Off & Holidays on the left menu.



Edit Staff Time Off Event

  1. Click on the time off event in the Staff Time Off section that you wish to edit.
  2. Make desired changes to the selected Staff member, time off Reason, Start and End Date/Time, and click Save when finished.
  3. If desired, click Delete to remove the time off event, and confirm by clicking Remove in the confirmation window.
