TriZetto Migration

Background

Last year, Kareo announced our partnership with TriZetto Provider Solutions for its clearinghouse services and this requires enrollment completion to register them as your authorized clearinghouse in order to send claims and receive ERAs. If your practice is still receiving remits from Change Healthcare, follow the Claims Enrollment and ERA Enrollment instructions that are specific to the Payer IDs below.

Instructions

Depending on the payer, you will have a different resolution path. Find the payer ID below and follow the instructions that correlate to that payer.

Steps (How to Use this Page)

  1. Search and locate the affected payer ID below. Tip: Use Ctrl + F on your keyboard to search the page.
  2. Follow instructions below for Claim Enrollment and ERA Enrollment
