View Status of eFax Referral

Once an eFax has been sent, you can track its progress on the Referrals page.

Access Referrals

Hover over the Kareo Clinical icon and select Referrals. The Referrals page opens.


View Status of eFax Referral

The status of an eFax is displayed under the Status  column:

  1. Sent: eFax was successfully sent to the recipient.
  2. Failed: eFax did not go through. Failed eFaxes can be resent from within the Referral Details  page.
  3. Sending: eFax is in the process of being sent.
