Re-send Failed eFax Referral

An eFax that failed to send can be resent from the Referrals page.

Access Referrals

Hover over the Kareo Clinical icon and select Referrals. The Referrals page opens.


Re-send a Failed eFax Referral

  1. Click on the eFax with "Failed" displayed in the Status column. The Referral Details page opens.
  2. Confirm that the recipient's Fax Number  is correct.
  3. Make any changes to the Recipient and Specialty, if necessary.
  4. Click Resend eFax.
