Mark Treatment Plan as Error

Updated: 06/09/2023|Views: 736

The Mark as Error feature gives providers the ability to mark an In Progress treatment plan as an error. The treatment plan is then removed from the active list on the Notes page and the Patient Portal if shared. Once a treatment plan is marked as an error, it cannot be restored. If applicable, update or edit the treatment plan instead of marking it as an error.

Access Treatment Plan

  1. Enter the first 2–3 letters of the patient's name or date of birth (mm/dd/yyyy) in the top navigation bar search box.
  2. Click to select the patient from the auto-populated results. The patient's Facesheet page opens.
  3. Click Notes. The Notes page opens.
  4. Click Open. The Treatment Plan page opens.
