Inactivate a Problem

Navigate to Patient Chart / Problems

  1. Enter the first 2–3 letters of the patient's name in the top search box.
  2. Click to select the patient from the auto-populated results. The patient's chart / Face Sheet  opens.
  3. Click Problems in the left menu. The Problems List  displays.



Inactivate a Problem in the Problem List

  1. In the Problems List, click on the problem you want to inactivate. The Edit Problems window opens.
  2. Check the "Inactive" box. The "Resolved" box appears; if applicable, click it and add the End Date.
  3. Click Save. The Problem is added to the Inactive tab of the Problems List.
