Navigate the Problems Page

The Problems page holds a record of problems, conditions, and past medical history for the patient. 

Navigate to Patient Record / Problems

  1. Enter the first 2–3 letters of the patient's name in the top search box.
  2. Click to select the patient from the auto-populated results. The patient's record opens to the Face Sheet.
  3. Click Problems in the left menu. The patient's Active Problems List displays.

Navigate the Problems Page

  1. Click to view a list of problems that are Active, Inactive, or Marked as Error.
  2. Click +Problem to add a new problem to the patient record.
  3. Click on a column header in the Problems List to sort.
  4. Hover over an ICD-10 code to view the description.
  5. Click on a problem in the list to view details or make changes.
  6. Click on a code to open the ICD Browser window and choose a different code.
  7. Click Convert to map the problem ICD-9 code to ICD-10.
  8. Check the box on the left of a problem in the list and click Deactivate to move the problem to the Inactive list.
  9. Check the box on the left of a problem in the list and click Mark As Error to move the problem to the Marked as Error list.
