Mark a Note as Error

The Mark a Note as Error function gives you the ability to mark an entire note as an error. Notes marked as an error will not be shown in the Active Notes list and will not be included in any patient reporting, such as a CCDA report. Only users who created the note, were assigned to the note, or signed the note are able to mark it as an error. The note must be saved before the Mark as Error option appears.

Navigate to Patient Chart / Notes

  1. Enter the first 2–3 letters of the patient's name in the top navigation bar search box.
