Why is my NPI profile not found?

The ePrescribing error message  “Sorry, we are unable to find your exact profile in the NPI database,” indicates that our system was unable to match your information on the National Plan & Provider Enumeration System (NPPES) website. This could be the result of your first name, last name, or NPI number not directly matching with the NPPES registry information.
