Export Immunization Data

Updated: 06/23/2023|Views: 1990

Download the patient's immunization record as a HL7 file to transmit to the state's registry. Some Immunization Registries require you to get consent from patients before you can share the data with the registries. Check your state's registry requirements to determine if the state is able to receive electronic transmission of immunization data and whether patient consent is required.

Optionally, providers can enroll with IronBridge for Tebra to facilitate the transmission of immunization data to your state's registry. This service is included with the provider's Clinical subscription, but some states may charge providers directly. Review the Immunization Registry FAQs to learn more.

Note: Bulk export of immunization data is not available. However, System Admins has the option to bulk Export Patient Clinical Data.
