Restore an Allergy Marked as Error Last updated 10:49, 11 May 2016 Save as PDF Navigate to Patient Chart / Allergies Enter the first 2–3 letters of the patient's name in the top navigation bar search box. Click to select the patient from the auto-populated results. The patient's chart / Face Sheet opens. Click Allergies in the left menu. The Allergies page opens. Restore an Allergy Marked as Error In the Allergies list, click the Marked As Error tab. Click Edit next the allergy you want to restore. The Restore Allergen window opens. Click Restore at the bottom of the window. The allergy is moved to the Active tab of the Allergies list.
