Cancel eLab Order

If an eLab order is sent by mistake or is no longer needed, it can be marked as cancelled or marked as an error.

Access eLab Order

  1. Hover over the Clinical icon and click on Labs/Studies. The Labs/Studies page opens.
  2. Click Pending. Pending lab orders displays.
  3. Click Open. The eLab order opens.

Cancel eLab Order

  1. Click the up arrow and click Mark Cancelled and Close. The lab order is removed from the Pending tab.
    • To mark the lab order as an error, click Mark in Error and Close.
