Video: Create Custom Mental Health Note Types

Learn how to create custom note types. Custom clinical note types give providers the flexibility to document what and how they want to meet their specific needs. Both system administrators and providers can copy a system default note type (e.g., Therapist Progress) and customize the note, such as rename the note type and sections within a note, add additional sections, delete unnecessary sections, and rearrange sections. Once a custom note type is created, it can be shared with others in the practice.
