Quality Measures Requirements
Eligible participants must report data on any six quality measures related to their scope of practice, including one outcome measure or one high-priority measure. If no outcome or high priority measures are relevant, they may report on any six relevant measures.
The reporting period is the full calendar year, except for first time participants whom are required to attest for any continuous 90 days within the first year of their participation. Attestation and submission options vary by state, therefore, eligible providers should check with their state for submission requirements and deadlines.
