The best time for clinicians to select quality measures and learn about new requirements is during the beginning of the performance year. Review Merit-Based Incentive Programs (MIPS) to learn more. |

Quality measures are collected for the entire performance year, January 1 through December 31st. |

Promoting Interoperability and Improvement Activities require a minimum 90 consecutive day reporting period within that performance year. More than 90 days are encouraged. October 2nd is the last day to begin a consecutive day reporting period in any given performance year. |

The attestation submission deadline is 8:00 PM Eastern Time on March 31, 2023! Save all supporting documentation and copies of your final reports. Review the EHR Incentive Program Audit FAQ. |

CMS will take the remainder of the calendar year to evaluate all data submitted and provide feedback to attesting clinicians. |

Clinicians will receive any earned payment adjustment the year following attestation. |
