You may rebill one claim line in the Encounter through the steps below.
*Please Note: Rebilling the claim line does not automatically resubmit the claim line electronically. If there are multiple claim lines in an Encounter, all claim lines need to be billed to the same payer to go out electronically.
- Encounters at the top > Track Claim Status.
- Search using Encounter ID > Change All Fields to Encounter ID in top left > Find Now.
- Right-click the claim line > Select Rebill > Apply at bottom right.
- At the dialog box, "Do You Want to Rebill All Lines of Service associated with the encounter?”, select NO. The claim is now in the ready to send status.
