Rejection Details

UB-04 Institutional Rejection

This rejection indicates the type of bill is missing from the service location.

Resolution

Follow the instructions below to add a type of bill to the service location:

  1. Click Settings > Service Locations. The Find Service Location window opens.
  2. Double-click on the location. The Edit Service Location window opens.
  3. Select the appropriate code from the Type of Bill drop-down menu.
  4. Click Save.
