Rejected by Jopari. Status Message: A6 - Acknowledgement/Rejected for Missing Information - The claim/encounter is missing the information specified in the Status details and has been rejected.; 562 - Entity's National Provider Identifier (NPI).

Note: This code requires use of an Entity Code.

 

 

This rejection indicates that the claim failed Jopari's validation. The service location NPI is missing from the service location record.

 

 

 

Follow the instructions below to enter a NPI for the service location:

  1. Click Settings > Service Location.
  2. Look for and double-click on the service location that needs correcting.
  3. Enter the NPI for the service location the NPI field.
  4. Click Save.

Then, rebill and resubmit all affected claims.
