Service Unit Count is required and must be valid. 2400.SV1*04

 

This rejection indicates that the unit count is missing on the service line.

The unit count cannot be 0.

 

Follow the instructions below to update the unit count:

  1. Click Encounters > Track Claim Status.
  2. Look for and double-click on the encounter that needs correcting.
  3. On the Edit Claim window, double-click on the Encounter number.
  4. Click into the Unit cell and enter the unit count for all appropriate service lines.
  5. Click Save and Rebill.

Then, resubmit all affected claims.
