Rejection Details

This rejection indicates that the claim was resubmitted within 24 hours of the original submission. 

Until the clearinghouse has fully processed and forwarded the initial submission for the claim, all subsequent submissions will be rejected and not forwarded to the payer.

Resolution

No steps to correct within Kareo.

To prevent this kind of rejection, we recommend waiting 48 business hours before resubmitting claim(s).
