Rejection Details

This rejection indicates the legacy type and number is required by the payer and is not populated in the service location.

Resolution

Follow the instructions below to enter the legacy type and number:

1. Click Settings > Service Locations. The Find Service Location window opens.
2. Double-click on the location. The Edit Service Location window opens.
3. Select the appropriate type under the Legacy Number Type drop-down.
4. Populate the Legacy Number field.
5. Click Save. 

Then, rebill and resubmit all affected claims.
