Claim/Line Check or Remittance Date is required on adjudicated claims.  2320/2430.DTP*573

Rejection Details

This rejection indicates the adjudication date is missing on the payment from the primary payer.


Follow the instructions below to add an adjudication date to the primary payment:

  1. Click Encounters > Track Claim Status. The Find Claim window opens.
  2. Look for and double-click on the claim that needs correcting. The Edit Claim window opens.
  3. Double-click on the primary payment in the Transactions section. The Edit Payment window opens.
  4. Enter the Adjudication Date for the payment.
  5. Click Save all the way out (multiple saves may be required).

Then, rebill and resubmit all affected claims.
