Print List of Claims by Status

In Kareo Practice Management, a report can be generated to print out claims grouped by status. The report can provide a list of claims with statuses of: Pending Insurance, No Response, Rejection and Denials.

To run the Insurance Collections Summary report to generate the information

1. Click Reports > Accounts Receivable > Insurance Collections Summary.
2. Click Customize.
3. In the Subgroup by field, select “Claim Status.”
4. Click OK.
5. Click on the desired blue status link to generate the Insurance Collections Detail.
6. Click Print, Excel or PDF.
