Search Reports

To search for specific data within any report

1. Click the Find button on the Task Button Bar (at the bottom of the report). This will display the search bar at the top of the report. Note that the search bar is not visible until you click the Find button.
2. Once the search bar is visible, enter any alphanumeric sequence (one or more keywords); and then click the second Find button located to the right of the search bar. (Do not use quotation marks within your search.)
3. The system will search through the report and, if found, will highlight the first occurrence in yellow.
4. To view the next occurrence of the keyword(s) that you entered, click the Next button on the far right of the search bar.
