When deleting a document, note that if it's attached to a patient record, it will also be deleted from the patient record.
To delete a document
- Click Documents > Find Documents.
- Once you find the document, click once on it to highlight.
Note: You can delete multiple documents at the same time. The Shift key allows you to select a consecutive list of documents. The Ctrl key allows you to randomly select multiple documents.
- Click Delete.
