Copy Document

  1. Click Documents > Find Documents.
  2. Once you find the document, click on it once to highlight.
    Note: You can save multiple documents at the same time. The Shift key allows you to select a consecutive list of documents. The Ctrl key allows you to randomly select multiple documents.
  3. Click Save As. This opens the Windows Save As dialog box.
  4. Enter a filename for the copy of the document and click Save.
